Product Descriptions & Images
We exert every effort to be as accurate as possible in all product descriptions – however, we do not guarantee our descriptions are accurate, complete or error-free. The information, pricing and descriptions are thus subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel any order associated with an error.
Although we take all measures to keep the product pictures realistic and updated, please note that the colors may vary from monitor to monitor. A miniature may be represented by an image of the fragrance’s larger sized bottle.
In some cases, where a manufacturer has updated their Name, Brand or product design and packaging or released a special edition version, the updated image may not be available. This is very rare but does happen occasionally.
Thus, refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these grounds.
Pricing & Stock
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All our prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part.
We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of the order will be forwarded to you.
On the rare occasion where a product ordered is out of stock once it has been paid for, you will be contacted via email or telephone witin two working days. You will then be given the option of refund, exchange or to place a product on back-order.
NOTE: Some Tester perfumes, miniatures, vials and samples may be marked “NOT FOR SALE” or “SAMPLE ONLY”. These wording only applies to retailers who are under contractual agreements with authorized distributors/manufacturers, and who obtain them at no charge for promotional purposes.

During our “Lowest Price Guarantee” promotion days, we strive to bring you the lowest prices for our products when compared to other leading websites. Our team regularly undertakes price comparisons to ensure we can deliver on our lowest price promise. If you find a cheaper quote for exact same product we are happy to match that price.
What do you need to do?
Send us a direct link of the product on the competitor’s website at pricematch@perfumeoz.com.au within 36 hours of purchase.
Price Match Guarantee Conditions:
1. Price Match Guarantee applies where the competitor’s price (incl. GST and shipping charges to your location) is lower than our price for the exact same product.
2. It only applies where the product is shipped/delivered and not to Store-Pickup offers.
3. The item should be in-stock and available for delivery on the same day from a registered Australian Company that ships within Australia.
4. It should not be part of any special promotion like (free delivery, buy-one-get-one, etc.) or stock liquidation.
5. Applies only when PerfumeOz has that product in stock.
We reserve the right to deny any price match claims if they fall under the excluded criteria.
